The Duffy Way – A word from the creator of Duffy Real Estate

I started my Real Estate Career in Kalgoorlie in 1993, I sold residential and commercial property. I shared my office with a licensed valuer from whom I learnt the old fashioned way of valuing a home. From those beginnings I moved to Perth, worked in Fremantle at Port Realty and then in 2008 I moved to Mandurah, a place where I used to holiday as a child. Presently I live in beautiful Erskine.

Throughout my years in Real Estate, I have seen lots of office policies and contracts that I thought were unfair, so in 2016 I went back to studying to obtain my Triennial Certificate, so that I could open and be the licensee of my own agency, alas Duffy Real Estate was born.

I wanted to create a Real Estate Agency which had fair contracts, that was honest and ethical.

I created an agency that would conjunct with any other agency if they had a buyer for a Duffy listed property, so that the seller would never miss out on a sale.

I created an Agency that used the latest marketing techniques including online portals, social media using algorithms to target your property to the right audience.

At Duffy all our sales executives work from home, this is the reason our overheads are low and the savings are passed onto you, the client.
