The Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre (MARC) boasts two state-of-the-art Myrtha pools, marking it as a premier sporting facility in the Peel Region of Western Australia. Situated in the rapidly expanding coastal city of Mandurah, south of Perth, MARC provides top-notch aquatic amenities.

The redevelopment efforts at MARC were significantly advanced by Myrtha Pools, which included the installation of a versatile outdoor 50-meter pool and the modernization of an indoor 25-meter pool employing the Myrtha Renovaction approach. The outdoor pool is outfitted with an adjustable bulkhead, allowing the space to be split for simultaneous variable activities. Accessibility is a priority, with both pools featuring ramps for users with disabilities.

Originally established in 1982, MARC’s renovation was finalized in 2015, resulting in a significant expansion of the center. The new facilities not only expanded the space for water sports but also added fresh, state-of-the-art areas dedicated to both competitive training and leisure swimming. The revamped MARC now provides a contemporary integrated suite of sporting, aquatic, and leisure facilities, tripling the size of the original establishment.
