Opened Thursday 1st December 2016, owned & operated locally by ​Gary Drummond.

Gary had previously worked for Belhaven Breweries back in Scotland as well as managed the hospitality operations at Dunfermline Athletic Football Club before wife Amanda convinced him to make the move to Western Australia in late 2013. He worked for some of the states biggest operators such as ALH and The Gastev Group before deciding to open The Pipers Inn
