Mat did his Auto Electrical apprenticeship in his hometown Maidstone, England. After spending 2 years working for Mercedes-Benz and Porsche in the Cayman Islands, Mat returned to England in 2008 with the goal of being his own boss.

Mat started VES out of the back of his car, and despite the global recession, quickly built a reputation as a first-rate mobile auto electrician specialising in fault finding and diagnostics.
As avid sunseekers, Mat and his wife Angela settled in WA in 2016; and it wasn’t long until Mat wanted to rebuild VES here in Mandurah.
VES has gained an excellent 5* reputation and has been providing mobile auto electrical services in Mandurah and surrounds since 2017.
